§ 28-73-101. Short title
This chapter may be cited as the Arkansas Trust Code.
§ 28-73-102. Scope
(a) This chapter applies to express trusts, charitable or noncharitable, and trusts created pursuant to a statute, judgment, or decree that requires the trust to be administered in the manner of an express trust. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), this chapter does not apply to public trusts that are governed by § 28-72-201 et seq.
