§ 6-61-1404. Course listings

Each state-supported institution of higher education shall include the common course numbers approved by the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board in all: (1) Course listings; (2) Course documents; (3) Catalogs; (4) Websites; and (5) Other published materials that designate course listings.

§ 6-61-1406. Courses review

The Division of Higher Education shall: (1) Regularly schedule reviews of courses that are listed in the common course numbering system; (2) Establish review procedures; and (3) Adopt policies to carry out this section.

§ 6-61-1407. Data collection

(a) The Division of Higher Education shall adopt policies for the collection of data to ensure that all institutions of higher education that participate in the common course numbering system comply with this subchapter.
