(a) (1) (A) The maximum amount of each master’s rural advanced nursing practice or nurse educator loan for full-time applicants shall not exceed eight thousand dollars ($8,000) per academic year. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as establishing minimal requirements for schools of nursing or otherwise affecting the powers and duties of the Arkansas State Board of Nursing regarding schools of nursing.
