§ 23-15-161. Attendance and assistance of county registrar at meeting of county election commissioners
The county registrar shall: Attend the meetings of the county election commissioners; Permit and furnish them access to the Statewide Elections Management System; and Render them all needed assistance of which the registrar is capable in the performance of their duties in revising the list of qualified electors.
