§ 73-75-23. Duty to register behavior technicians
Licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts must register with the board all behavior technicians providing services under their supervision. The licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst shall update the board of the termination of supervision as required by the board.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.
