§ 83-9-102. Applicability of provisions

§ 83-9-103. Regulations to be issued by commissioner
The commissioner shall adopt reasonable regulations to establish specific standards for policy provisions of Medicare supplement policies and certificates. § 83-9-105. Adoption of minimum standards for benefits; claim payments, etc.
The commissioner shall adopt reasonable regulations to establish minimum standards for benefits, claims payment, marketing practices and compensation arrangements and reporting practices for Medicare supplement policies and certificates.
