Section 67-16-1 – Short title.

Chapter 67, Article 16 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the “Litter Control and Beautification Act”. History: Laws 1985, ch. 23, § 1; 2020, ch. 33, § 1. ANNOTATIONS The 2020 amendment, effective May 20, 2020, changed “This act” to “Chapter 67, Article 16 NMSA 1978”.
