ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-22-1 to 69-22-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 148 and 150 to 152, relating to rock dust in coal mines, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
