ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 37, § 97, repealed 7-6-1 to 7-6-9 NMSA 1978, relating to the Banking and Financial Corporations Tax Act, effective January 1, 1982. For present provisions relating to corporate income tax, see Chapter 7, Article 2A NMSA 1978.
