Section 74-10-67 – Customary provisions.

The resolution authorizing the securities or other instrument appertaining thereto may contain any agreement or provision customarily contained in instruments securing securities, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, covenants designated in Section 73 [74-10-73 NMSA 1978] of the Solid Waste Authority Act. Section 74-10-56 – Reissuance of securities.
