ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1980, ch. 151, § 58, repealed 9-4-1 to 9-4-7 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 246, §§ 1 to 7, relating to the educational finance and cultural affairs department, effective March 5, 1980.
