Section 146.992 – Penalties.

(1) A person who violates ORS 146.103 (1) commits a Class A misdemeanor. (2) A person who violates ORS 146.103 (2) or (4), 146.107 (5), or 146.121 (1) commits a Class B misdemeanor. (3) A person who violates ORS 146.100 (4) commits a Class C misdemeanor. [1973 c.408 §25]
