Section 236.310 – Right of county commissioner to resign.
Any person who receives a certificate of election as a commissioner of the county court is at liberty to resign the office, though the person may not have entered upon the execution of its duties or taken the requisite oath of office. [Amended by 1965 c.221 §25; 1981 c.517 §25]
