Section 268.640 – Sale of revenue bonds.
The governing body may from time to time sell revenue bonds authorized to be issued and sold pursuant to ORS 268.600 to 268.660 at public or private sale, in the manner and at such price or prices as it shall determine. [1977 c.95 §13]
Section 268.650 – Bonds as obligation of a political subdivision.
