Section 390.005 – Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) “Commission” means the State Parks and Recreation Commission. (2) “Department” means the State Parks and Recreation Department. (3) “Director” means the State Parks and Recreation Director. [1989 c.904 §2]
