Section 417.240 – Placement of children in institutions in other states.

Any court having jurisdiction pursuant to ORS 419B.100 or 419C.005 to place children may place a child in an institution in another state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof. Section 417.250 – “Executive head” defined.
