Section 453.900 – Inspection of decontamination work; contracts to perform.
The Oregon Health Authority may contract with state or local agencies or private persons to perform any inspection or to obtain any samples relative to determining the adequacy of decontamination work. [1989 c.915 §16; 2009 c.595 §933]
