Section 456.505 – Veterans’ housing by local agencies.

Any lease, agreement or contract under chapter 420, Oregon Laws 1947, by and between any local agency or agencies and any authority or agency, federal or otherwise, providing housing facilities remains effective according to the instrument between the agencies concerned, notwithstanding the limitations of chapter 143, Oregon Laws 1949.
