Section 689.205 – Rules.
The State Board of Pharmacy shall make, adopt, amend and repeal such rules as may be deemed necessary by the board, from time to time, for the proper administration and enforcement of this chapter. Such rules shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures specified in ORS chapter 183. [1979 c.777 §17; 1985 c.565 §103]
