Section 723.176 – Business and nonbusiness organizations as members.

Business and nonbusiness organizations composed of individuals who are eligible for membership, or whose employees are eligible for membership, may be admitted to membership in the same manner and under the same conditions as individuals. Section 723.182 – Other credit unions as members.

Any credit union organized under the laws of this state may permit membership of any other credit union organized under the laws of this state, of any other state or of the United States. [1975 c.652 §20]

Section 723.192 – Individual liability.
