Section 825.352 – Advertising requirements for carriers of household goods.

A carrier that transports household goods shall include the carrier’s certificate number in all newsprint classified advertising, newsprint display advertising, Internet advertising and telephone directory advertising prepared by or at the direction or request of the carrier.
