§ 55-30-107. Unlawful Operation of Motor Vehicle Without Human Driver in Driver’s Seat
It is an offense for any person to knowingly operate a motor vehicle on the public roads or highways of this state without a human driver in the driver’s seat of the vehicle unless satisfying the requirements of this chapter. A violation of subsection (a) is a Class A misdemeanor.
