§ 55-9-101. Chapter Definitions

As used in this chapter: “Autocycle,” “motor vehicle,” “motorcycle,” “motor-driven cycle,” and “motorized bicycle” have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-8-101; and “Automated driving system,” “ADS,” and “ADS-operated vehicle” have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-30-102.
