§ 68-12-112. Coverage Extended to Cystic Fibrosis Victims Twenty-One Years or Older

The department of health is authorized to extend coverage to persons with cystic fibrosis who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Coverage shall be extended to such persons under the conditions, terms, requirements and criteria which the department shall deem to be appropriate through the promulgation of rules and regulations.
