Sec. 17.20.360. Attorney general to prosecute.
The attorney general, to whom the commissioner of environmental conservation or the commissioner of health, as the case may be, reports a violation of this chapter, shall institute appropriate proceedings in the superior court without delay and prosecute them in the manner required by law.
