Sec. 29.55.160. Definitions.
In AS 29.55.100 – 29.55.165, (1) “finance” and “financing” include refinancing an existing project; (2 “mortgage” has the meaning given in AS 13.06.050; (3) “program” means a program established under AS 29.55.100.
