§ 11-652 – Title to equipment

11-652. Title to equipment Title to the equipment which is the subject of a lease-purchase agreement made under the terms of this article shall be maintained in the seller until payment of the full purchase price has been made by the county.

§ 11-653 – Cancellation of agreement

11-653. Cancellation of agreement The board of supervisors may, at any time and by giving written notice to the seller, cancel any lease-purchase agreement made under the terms of this article.
