§ 17-302.01 – Taking of wolves for protection of life or property
17-302.01. Taking of wolves for protection of life or property Notwithstanding any other law, the commission may not prohibit any person from taking a wolf that is actively threatening or attacking a person, livestock or other domestic animal.
