§ 28-7344 – Reimbursement by federal agency

Reimbursement by federal agency The United States agency with which a cooperative agreement is entered into shall promptly reimburse the state highway fund or an account within the fund for all expenditures made by the department under the agreement chargeable to the agency at reasonably regular intervals as the work progresses.
