§ 28-4832 – Exemption

Exemption A motor vehicle eligible for licensing pursuant to chapter 7, article 14 of this title or section 28-2411 is not an abandoned vehicle and shall not be seized pursuant to this chapter or any ordinance authorized by this chapter while the vehicle is stored or maintained on the vehicle owner’s private property.
