§ 28-1630 – Definitions

28-1630. Definitions For the purposes of this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Monetary obligations" includes fines, fees, penalties, court costs, surcharges, restitution, assessments and penalty enhancements. 2. " Restitution" means restitution ordered pursuant to section 13-603, subsection C. Restitution does not include an amount ordered pursuant to section 13-804, subsection F.
