28-2291. Definition of nonresident daily commuter In this article, unless the context otherwise requires, " nonresident daily commuter" means a person who is a resident of a contiguous state, who enters and leaves this state on a daily basis for the purpose of employment and whose motor vehicle is principally garaged in the contiguous state.

28-2295. Identification card A nonresident daily commuter shall carry the nonresident daily commuter identification card at all times in the motor vehicle for which the card is assigned and shall present the card to any peace officer of this state on demand.
