28-2291. Definition of nonresident daily commuter In this article, unless the context otherwise requires, " nonresident daily commuter" means a person who is a resident of a contiguous state, who enters and leaves this state on a daily basis for the purpose of employment and whose motor vehicle is principally garaged in the contiguous state.
