28-4630. Election for limited operation transporters In lieu of complying with this article, a transporter that has a limited operation may elect to comply with all other applicable statutes.
28-4631. Transfer prohibited The certificate and transporter license plates and tabs issued pursuant to this article are not transferable from the applicant and holder to any other person.
28-4632. Deposit of monies The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, monies received or collected by the director pursuant to this article in the Arizona highway user revenue fund before the fifteenth day of each month.
