§ 32-2261 – Emergency aid; nonliability

32-2261. Emergency aid; nonliability Any person licensed or certified pursuant to this chapter who gratuitously and in good faith gives emergency treatment to a sick or injured animal at the scene of an emergency shall not be liable in damages to the owner of such animal in the absence of gross negligence.
