§ 32-2273 – Premises license fees

32-2273. Premises license fees The board may establish and collect in advance fees, not to exceed the following: 1. For issuance of a license: (a) In an odd-numbered year, one hundred dollars. (b) In an even-numbered year, fifty dollars. 2. For renewal of a license, two hundred dollars. 3. For a duplicate license, twenty dollars.
