46-241.03. Appeals; hearings A decision denying, reducing or terminating short-term crisis services is appealable pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 6 and title 41, chapter 14.
46-241.04. Ineligibility for short-term crisis services The department or its agent shall not provide short-term crisis services to or on behalf of an applicant who: 1. Has refused employment or training for employment in the thirty days before the application. 2. Is receiving services from the temporary assistance for needy families diversion program.
