§ 46-253 – Ineligibility

46-253. Ineligibility No payment shall be made under this article to or on behalf of any individual who is not a resident of the state of Arizona or who refuses to apply for or accept supplemental security income for which he is eligible under title XVI of the social security act, as amended.
