Section 7826.1.

7826.1. Each member of each technical advisory committee shall be appointed by the board and shall serve at the pleasure of the board. Each committee shall be composed of no more than five members. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 432, Sec. 25. (SB 944) Effective January 1, 2012.)

Section 7826.2.

7826.2. Each member of each technical advisory committee shall be an expert in the area of geology or geophysics within the committee’s jurisdiction and shall be licensed under this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 432, Sec. 25. (SB 944) Effective January 1, 2012.)
