10000. This part may be cited as the Real Estate Law. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 127.)

Section 10001.

10001. Except as otherwise specified, the definitions in this chapter apply to the provisions of this part only and do not affect any other provisions of this code. (Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 285, Sec. 1. (AB 2884) Effective January 1, 2019.)

Section 10003.
