12536. Fees received by the department pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Food and Agriculture Fund to be used for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 364, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2000.)
