22177. A quality mark need not be applied to any article, but if a quality mark is applied to any article it shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of this article. (Added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 319.)

Section 22178.

22178. A quality mark applied to any article shall indicate the number of twenty-fourth parts by weight of pure gold or its alloy contained in the article. (Added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 319.)
