1950. (a) For purposes of this chapter, “nonvehicular wildlife crossing” means a structure that allows animals to cross human-made barriers safely and includes, but is not limited to, underpasses, tunnels, viaducts, overpasses, amphibian tunnels, fish ladders, and culverts.
