Section 6911.

6911. “Production” means the survival of fish to adulthood as measured by the abundance of the recreational and commercial catch together with the return of fish to the state’s spawning streams. (Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1545, Sec. 2. Effective September 30, 1988.)
