Section 4501.
4501. The department shall prescribe regulations for both of the following: (a) The judging of exhibits. (b) The maximum amount of premiums which may be offered and paid for all classes, sections, and types of exhibits. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
Section 4502.
4502. The regulations are exempt from provisions of Section 11380 of the Government Code. They may, however, be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Section 11385 of the Government Code. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
Section 4503.
4503. No fair shall receive any apportionment of funds pursuant to this part unless it complies with the regulations of the department. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
Section 4504.
4504. The department may at any time examine the books and records of any fair to determine the correctness of any statement or report which is filed with the department. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
