Section 4482.

4482. Any expenditure shall be made pursuant to a budget which is submitted to the Department of Food and Agriculture and approved by the Department of Finance pursuant to Sections 13320 to 13324, inclusive, of the Government Code. (Amended by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1079.)
