Section 1652.

1652. No premium or charge paid by the state, a county, city, or district shall exceed one-half of 1 percent per annum on the amount of the bond, but a minimum premium or charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) per annum may be imposed. (Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1384.)

Section 1653.

1653. The payment of premiums for all bonds of deputies, clerks, assistants or subordinate officers of county officers shall not be a county charge unless the amount fixed for such bond has been approved by the board of supervisors. (Amended by Stats. 1951, Ch. 879.)
