3120. As used herein “local agency” means a county, city and county, city, school district, office of county superintendent of schools, or other special district. (Amended by Stats. 1969, Ch. 938.)

Section 3122.

3122. The travel insurance authorized by this chapter shall be in addition to any compensation secured under Division 4 (commencing with Section 3201) of the Labor Code and inuring to the benefit of the officer, deputy, assistant, employee or agent, or his or her beneficiary or heir. Section 3123.
