Section 25549.21.

25549.21. The site in which the condominium interest is to be acquired may, prior to acquisition of such interest, be owned by a private person, firm, or corporation. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 158, Sec. 1.)

Section 25549.22.

25549.22. The condominium interest acquired may be for a term of years or in fee. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 158, Sec. 1.)

Section 25549.23.

25549.23. Any acquisition of a condominium interest shall be upon such terms and conditions as the parties thereto may agree. However, a notice of intention shall be given as provided in Section 25350 not later than the close of escrow. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 158, Sec. 1.)
