27400. The tax-collector is ex officio license-collector, and as license-collector shall collect all county licenses and perform the duties prescribed by law and by the ordinances of the board of supervisors. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)

27401. At least once a month the tax collector shall pay the public money in his hands into the county treasury, taking the receipt of the treasurer therefor. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
