Section 32204.5.
32204.5. Any person who enters service as a “county forester, firewarden, or fireman” and has reached his fortieth birthday, shall be ineligible to become a member under this chapter, except any person who is a member at the time of the adoption of this amendment will retain his membership. Section 32205.
32205. “Terminal salary” means the average salary earnable by any member during (a) the last three years, or (b) the last five years prior to the date of his retirement, whichever is the greater. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
